Accessibility

Northland Power is committed to creating a fair, inclusive and accessible environment. In our interactions with our customers, service representatives, business associates and members of the public, including those with a disability, we are guided by the principles of dignity, equality of service, integration, independence, and a commitment to excellence.

Northland has prepared an Accessibility Standards Program documenting this commitment. Copies of the Program are available upon request and can be provided in an accessible format to suit your needs, or delivered using appropriate communication supports.

We welcome your questions and feedback regarding our Program. For additional information or to provide your suggestions, please contact us. When requested, we can arrange the use of accessible formats for your enquiry or ensure appropriate communication supports are available.

Northland’s initiatives to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act are documented in our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, available in PDF using this link. We will provide the plan in accessible format upon request.
